Jesus says in Luke 12:48, "From everyone who has been given much, much will be required; and to whom they entrusted much, of him they will ask all the more."
This project is named after a beautiful Haitian orphan, Luc James. Luc needs a home. A family who will forever love him. Project Luc 12:48 will seek to find a family for Luc -- and, hopefully, extend to orphans in need from around the world. Jesus' words in Luke remind us that we are blessed. and that there is much required of us as followers of Christ. So, will we care for the fatherless and motherless of our world?
"Pure and undefiled religion in the sight of our God and Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their distress, and to keep oneself unstained by the world."
